Amtico has introduced a wealth of features to the Spacia LVT collection to make it easier when specifying beautiful floors in demanding commercial spaces. The collection, which comprises 46 Woods and 48 Stones, now boasts an active ingredient to provide antimicrobial protection throughout the useable lifetime of the floor. Spacia LVT planks and tiles come in a variety of sizes, including a new 36 x 36” Stone format, and can be specified with Acoustic backing, which reduces impact sound transmission by up to 18dB. The collection can also be specified with 36+ enhanced slip resistance finish to meet the requirements of the BS EN 13845 standard. Spacia LVT features a 0.55mm high density wear layer, which is backed by a 10-year commercial warranty and accreditations, including M1 building emissions classification.
