Glass partition walls become truly interesting for dividing an interior when you can also incorporate a door into them. With ‘Slide,’ Divina introduces a glass sliding door aligned with the ‘steel look’ glass wall made from sleek aluminum profiles. The overhead track profile integrated into the ceiling, an invisible bottom guide rail, and profiles that are exactly as wide as those of the Divina glass wall ensure seamless integration of the Slide sliding door – with just a 5mm gap between the wall and the door. The profiles for this sliding door are compatible with both 8mm or 10mm tempered glass and 44.2mm or 55.2mm laminated glass. With the glass securely clamped within the profiles all around, you can count on an exceptionally strong connection between the profiles and the roller systems. And since the glass isn’t bonded, replacement is also a breeze. Fun fact: In addition to the Divina wall, you can pair the Divina Slide sliding door with any other wall. Divina Slide is available with profiles in black, white, and gray.
Featuring an overhead track profile integrated into the ceiling, the upper profile of a Slide sliding door aligns with the background profile of the Divina partition wall. Alternatively, the track profile can be surface-mounted to the ceiling.
Argenta xperta: advancing sliding door hardware
Argenta’s xperta sliding door hardware offers a universal upgrade which is compatible with wooden door panels that are 40, 44, 50 or 54 mm thick, as well as glass door panels that are 8, 10 or 12 mm thick. Capable of handling doors up to 100 kg, xperta also provides options for symmetrical or telescopic doors. The 40 mm wide, universal guiding profile, complete with sealing pieces, subtly integrates with a wall profile. The compact and invisible ‘manual-’ or ‘auto-fix’ suspension ensures easy access to the rollers, stoppers or soft-close components via an ESSI module. This also applies to the built-in variant of the xperta guiding profile. A new – double – soft-close module, featuring a roller body that operates in two directions, now enables even narrower doors (down to a minimum of 600 mm) to close softly in both directions.
