Kayflow, a specialist in rainwater, soil and waste, and underground drainage systems, has announced a further extension to its product portfolio. Its new waste water range enables Kayflow to offer an even broader and more versatile drainage solution to the market. Designed to meet the needs of modern construction projects, the expanded range provides customers with a high-quality drainage system.
The new range consists of three systems: Push Fit, Solvent Weld, and Overflow.
The Polypropylene Push-Fit system is available in 32mm and 40mm profiles and comes in white, black, and light grey. As the name suggests, the system features connections that ‘push’ and ‘fit’ together, eliminating the need for sealants or adhesives. This creates secure yet non-permanent joints, allowing for easy disassembly and future modifications when required.
Designed for convenience and efficiency, the Push Fit waste water system offers a quick, straightforward installation process with excellent flexibility. Its user-friendly design makes it an ideal choice for both professional installers and DIY projects alike.
The PVC Solvent Weld range is available in 32mm, 40mm, and 50mm systems, and offered in white, black, and olive grey finishes. The fittings are bonded using PVC cement, creating a strong, watertight chemical seal for a secure and reliable connection.
This installation method is particularly suited to tight or confined spaces, thanks to its low-profile fittings. Once installed, the system forms a durable, impact-resistant, and permanent waste water solution, making it ideal for long-term, high-performance installations.
The range is further complemented by a 21.5mm white overflow profile, also installed using a solvent weld system. Designed to safely manage excess water from cisterns, boilers, and water tanks and manufactured from durable PVC, this lightweight profile delivers a strong, watertight performance while ensuring easy handling and installation.
Andrew Bishop, National Account Manager at Kayflow, explains the significance of this range expansion:
“Our aim has always been to provide the industry with a wide-ranging, high-quality portfolio of drainage products, enabling our customers to create superior, sustainable, and secure drainage systems. The addition of the new waste water range to the existing Kayflow range now allows us to do this.
“With the capability to manage water from source to supply, as well as safely and efficiently removing waste water from buildings, the Kayflow range can now meet a wide spectrum of domestic drainage requirements.”
