Marley Alutec’s Evolve Deepflow, Tudor downpipes and Evoke fascia and soffit products have been selected for a new self-build residential property in Lanarkshire. The aluminium rainwater and roofline systems were chosen for their durability, high quality appearance and ease of installation, as they were fitted by the homeowners themselves. In consultation with the homeowners, Drummond McKenzie, Marley Alutec Area Sales Manager for Scotland, who also provided assistance with measurements and calculations, made product recommendations. Marley Alutec Evolve Deepflow gutter and 76 mm Tudor downpipes in Heritage Black were selected to meet both the functional and design requirements. Evolve Deepflow achieves industry leading flow rates of up to 4.9 litres per second (l/s) meaning it can serve up to 232sqm of roof area per downpipe.
