WS Dunsire have chosen CUPA PIZARRAS natural slates again for two new rural developments, Kame Steading and Stonvar, located in the Scottish Highlands, less than an hour drive apart. The developments include six large detached, four to five-bedroom family houses in Ochtertyre and ten luxury homes in Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Both developments designed by WS Dunsire are similar in style to suit the architecture of the local area and are NHBC registered.

CUPA PIZARRAS has been specified in all WS Dunsire projects since 2006. CUPA Heavy 3 are strong 7-8mm thick natural slates widely used across Scotland. The slate thickness is the most preferred choice, as it offers extra thickness and weight giving it strength to withstand the high wind speeds and driving rain common across the country.
