The Profloor Dynamic Batten System has again been chosen by Jarvis Contracting, this time for a new affordable housing development of nine apartments in Watford. The system supplied by the A. Proctor Group will be benefitting residents’ quality of life in the new block, Parsons Court in Moor View, thanks to its acoustic performance. The Profloor Dynamic Batten System is specified and detailed in a similar way to a standard batten for the purpose of supporting the chosen floor finish, but has the added advantage of providing effective isolation of the floor finish from the structure, reducing sound transmission.
