Decorative metal column casings, from the Pendock Radius range, are being used at the Porsche Centre in Preston, Lancashire, to conceal interior structural steelwork and add to the high-quality interior of the two-storey showroom.
Each of the twelve 375 mm diameter column casings is bespoke manufactured from 3 mm thick aluminium and are stacked to reach the full floor-to-ceiling height of almost 6.0 metres. Finished with a polyester powder coating in RAL 9007 grey, they comply with Porsche brand guidelines, while also being durable and aesthetic.
The metal casings used at Porsche are one of six different column casing products within Pendock’s Radius brand that includes a range of shapes, finishes and materials, including MDF, plywood, glass-reinforced gypsum (GRG) and glass reinforced plastic (GRP).
