CTD Architectural Tiles supplies bespoke designs to Nando’s Plymouth ..

CTD Architectural Tiles is delighted to have once again supplied high quality bespoke tiles to Nando’s for their most recently opened restaurant in Plymouth. Situated in the new £53 million Drake Circus Leisure development, the project required particular attention to detail from the specification team. Working closely with Harrison Design and Harvey Shopfitters, CTD Architectural delivered high-performing and unique designs that resulted in a distinctive look for the restaurant.

Following the brief to deliver designs that reflected the restaurant’s Portuguese and South African origins, the specification team supplied bespoke floor tiles throughout the project. Our Plus 3 range in the Cement Tortora finish tiles were chosen as the floor as they achieved the technical slip resistance requirements and were the perfect shade of grey to suit the space. Adding a final bespoke touch, the tiles then had a unique Portuguese blue floral pattern printed onto them to create the main focal point of the restaurant.

In addition, CTD Architectural Tiles also supplied Highland Moonlight tiles for the pillars of the restaurant as well as a mixture of the Evolution range in the bathrooms in a variety of colours and sizes. The Amber, Black and Light colours chosen for the bathrooms were unique to the brief and created a distinctive and eye-catching feature. Tiles from the Urban range were also supplied for the bathroom floors, which again achieved the technical slip rating required as well as completing the design aesthetically.

With an understanding for how requirements vary for each project, the experienced team at CTD Architectural Tiles prides itself on fulfilling any objective, no matter how unique.
